  • Delivery typically takes between 6 to 7 working days.

🚚Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Processing: We strive to process your order on the same day or the next business day.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all prepaid orders.
  • COD Shipping Charges: ₹60 for COD orders.
  • Delivery Time: Generally 4 to 5 working days for domestic orders.
  • Courier Partner: We use the reliable Blue Dart for most shipments. For faster delivery, choose Express shipping.
  • Tracking: All orders come with tracking numbers for your convenience.

Additional Information:

  • Location & Delivery: Shipping times may vary based on location, distance, and logistics partners. To avoid delays, especially during festival seasons or time-sensitive situations, please order in advance.
  • India Post: Orders will be shipped via India Post if your location is not served by a private courier company.
  • Order Information: For any queries about your shipment, please contact us. We cannot control shipping once the order has left our facility.

Delivery Process Guidelines

1. OTP-Based Deliveries:

  • Our deliveries are OTP-based. The delivery person will ask for an OTP that you will receive on your mobile device from fistena at the time of delivery.

2. Verify the Package:

  • Before providing the OTP, confirm that the delivery person has your package.
  •  Ensure the package has not been tampered with.

3. Safety Measures:

  • Never share the OTP via call or text unless the delivery person is physically present with your package.
  •  Record a 360-degree video while opening the package to help with any issues that may arise.

4. Missing Package Procedure:

  • If you receive an OTP but do not receive your package, immediately contact us at fistena.com or via our customer support number ☎ +91-9253624626 (available on call or WhatsApp) within 24 hours of receiving the OTP.
